Classes

Each class is an hour long. Beginning with a warm up, a skill practice for the day followed by the W.O.D. "Workout Of the Day" that combines basic bodyweight exercises, running, rowing, gymnastics, kettlebells and Olympic Weightlifting.

CrossFit classes are fun, challenging and designed to elicit a dramatic increase in your fitness level. Classes are structured to train in small group settings. This develops motivation, camaraderie and also adds a little friendly competition.


Elements Class

Elements is a required class if you are new to CrossFit.
Elements covers the basic movements you will use during a CrossFit workout. After completing Elements you will be able to jump into a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned.

CrossFit Underworld has NO STARTUP FEES and NO PROCESSING FEES. We accept cash, check and offer automatic monthly payments.

(Suffer on Saturdays)

We invite you to come out and try our free Saturday class.
This gives you a chance to experience a CrossFit workout and see how our classes our conducted.
Class starts at 10am.
First timers should come in 15-20 minutes early to sign a waiver and go over the movements of the workout.
